Interesting C64S

Somebody over at the RIC forum clued me in on this. I called the store (International Vintage Guitars in New Orleans), and the bass is sold, but it is interesting to see the 4001C64S (sanded) model in glossy Fireglo. I know there are a few in Jetglo, but this is the first (and might be the only) one we'll see in Fireglo:

Oh yeah, I've seen that - they've had it in stock for months, maybe a year...

Wow, thats really cool. That would be worth picking up, just based on rarity alone.

That may be the only one like that. But......then again you never know.
I recently went back to playing a Rickenbacker bass. Its like meeting an old friend again
