Welcome aboard Dave. Will you be abandoning the Ric or supplementing it with the new Roman built bass?

Hi Dave, great to see you here! I actually thought your Rick tone was more pronounced on Spock's Beard when compared to your other post Neal stuff (I liked the sitar, too). You are doing a lot of the writing now, tone wise it seems like a pretty even mix of Rick, fretless, and "other"; do you write on the bass, and is there a particular tone in mind as you start? Are you still using the Digitech pedal?

Dave, welcome! You have a lot of fans here who love to talk basses and the tone thereof...

Welcome, Dave. I've enjoyed quite a few of your discs.

Another warm welcome here. Love to hear about different peoples gear, and whatnot, and it's a never ending battle to find that "perfect tone". Rock on, Alan

Dave, I've seen you twice with Eric Burdon and truly enjoyed the rhythm section. Come back to the site again!
