Mandatory, my friend!!

Non-drinkers have to play either blindfolded or with their hands tied behind their back! Image

Sure does, Bob..... are you holding the bass up or vice versa? Image

Now - if you could play the bass and the Hammond at the same time you'd be half a combo.......... at least the bass is 'portable'! Image

Somewhere in between! Image

All I can say is that with the Hammond and the URB, I apologize to the world tree population...

Already posted this elsewhere but twice won't hurt!

Nice upright, Bob! When you mentioned insurance claims I envisioned something needing repair - obviously it wasn't this bass that was on the claim.

That's true, Mark, Bob's portability factor just went way down! Image

Bob, just don't carry that urb in the trunk! Bad track record!

Saab 900. Swedish Pickup Truck! Image Just turns the 4-door hatchback into a 2-seater, that's all. Doesn't matter alot though... I gig as often as Jamerson these days...

And hey JB... I'm only a little ways up north... find some time and come play it!

John....Go to search bar and type in: cello
this will bring up a web site that sells everything from violins to upright basses. I bought a Cello 2 years ago for $279.00. It is amazing with solid wood throughout and a solid ebony fingerboard. They have all sizes of upright basses for economical prices that you won't believe and the China craftsmanship is unbelievable. dale
