Do you recall where you obtained the black 4/40 threaded screws?

bass emporium has some black screws in stock for Rics. give em a call when they re-open tomorrow.

I want a Jetglo 5 string Rick so badly!! But I don't want to mod my Cii.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Paul, the screws were just old ones that were laying around the house, a hardware store should have some if you look around.

Joey, if I were to do it over again I wouldn't have modded my Cii. But the Laredos are perfect, since they are solid colors you can have the headstock filled, redrilled, and refinished. Jetglo would probably be the best color for this. I didn't go this route because the thought of all those extra holes kind of bothered me. I'm at peace with my solution even if it does look....different. If you could get one of these with a blank headstock that would be cool, but that ain't gonna happen. The 4004/5 is way too wide(for me), the nut is 2" wide, so not an option.
