BTW, I was giddy as a kid for seeing Chris Squire play for the FIRST time in my life. Hardcore Yes fan that I was, and Chris always being my bass hero (like many here, the reason I bought my first bass, a Rickenbacker), I had never seen him perform. Oh and the little extra of ACTUALLY MEETING CHRIS SQUIRE and getting an autograph was icing on the cake.
Thank you John and Cindalee Hall for making this possible, and for an absolutely fantastic weekend with many new friends.

I didn't get much of a chance to spend time with Darren til the dinner at Claim Jumpers Wednesday night, but we sure had a great conversation! I was telling sea stories about being in Sidney in the early seventies, and I got to hear about the plans for the portion of his trip he is on now, complete with photos of the instruments and the whole shebang! It seems to be following the script perfectly so far!
