FORUM CD track listing!!!!!

Post by tony_carey »

OK....here it is. This is posted on the understanding that things could alter if Peter or Gary have additional input.

1, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Tony Carey
2, A Picture Of Her, Jerry Juden
3, Coming Apart At The Seems, Dean Mentjes
4, Cloaked In Misery, Steve Carsello
5, Wuhan Incident, Jeffrey Scott
6, Fragile Pieces, Bill Henshell
7, Can't Let Go, Melissa & Howard
8, Tell Me, Alisha Tremaine
9, The Gift, Mark Walker
10, Whatever Road She'll Choose, Karl Tetan
11, Spirographic, Noel Christian Riddell
12, He Shows Up In May, She Left In June, JDog
13, Christopher, Brad Hague
14, Surfs Up Honey!, Dave Watson
15, Echo, Harry Bridge
16, Close Your Eyes, Gordon Armstrong
17, Lost Weekend (broken Dreams), Greg Howley
18, Peter Pan, Julio Leal
19, First Flight, Tom Shiben.

A couple of notes....SORRY to those not included, your songs will be carried over to volume 2. There are some really great songs on this CD that I have come to like very much. A rich variety of sound, styles, technique & skills is on offer & I think this CD has accomplished what it set out to do....that is to be a record of what we forum members are doing with our Rics!

There are a couple of tracks with little clicks & imperfections on, that mastering makes more audible, but this CD is not about technical perfection & I didn't want to reject offerings because of this.

Once again, I am really sorry to those that didn't make the cut, but the cut was easier knowing that a follow up is on the cards.

Hope not George, as it's supposed to be original music only, to avoid royalty issues. I think I can say with some safety though, that it isn't!

BTW, my mail is down at the mo, so apologies Noel. It was reading my awful handwriting that did it.....

Very cool! So many people that I know are on this list that I didn't even know had submitted. This will definitely be a fun spin!

George - 'The Gift' is a little ditty of my own penning, not the Velvet's one. I submitted two versions - short and long. Curious to see which one was used. Curious to hear ALL of it. So how do we get our mits on one of these bad boys?

Hmmm ... I think I had #14's title as Surfs Up, Homey"!

You're right Gary. I made several mistakes on the list, but it was just taken from my badly scrawled notes. I will double check everything before the sleeve notes are compiled.

How do you get your mits on one of these bad boys??? By watching this space.

Really great, Tony ! Thanks again for your work, it's really nice to be a part of it. I'm wishing to hear all the songs included in this first cd.
