When I saw the voting I got the serious impression that some voters were getting the track numbers mixed up. How on earth could anyone put track three first? Oh well!

Yes I also thought that there were maybe a few very young participants. The recording was just old and from the 60's and they also sought to get the old blues sound out of their records. It's kind of like listening to an old Charlie Parker recording from the 40's, the fidelity is so bad on those that it is hard to hear "through" it to appreciate the genius those bebop guys had. I believe it is the same with the Fleetwood Mac version which of course is a classic, the other two versions were pop copies, the third makes bubblegum music sound like symphony music.
