Jeez Aitch, you could have warned me beforehand to put sunglasses on first!

Does the volume knob go up to eleven, 'cause the finish sure does? Image

Nice one, mate.

As far as a suitable pick goes, I think the colour should be more of an orange and black, like this:-

Actually it goes to 22.... pull the master volume knob out to really crank it!! Love that pick, too...... where can I get some?

I found the Kiljoy pick here, Elys:

Howard, your wish is my command. I figured these picks are kind of my style, too.

I've just bought ten for each of us! Image

Bonny new guitar, Aitch! Digging the gold dogears, brother. Hope it sounds as good as it looks.

Did that thing come with a permit to play/display, Aitch?

And what happens when the batteries run down? Does the wood turn gray?

Just kiddin', Aitch. That's some incredible flame there, boy!!! Congratulations. And those gold dogears...it needs some gold or ivory Gibby speed knobs, I think, and an ivory switch disk, too while yer at it.

I've made a mental note to take my welding visor with me when next at Howard's to have a look in person, and a play of it if he's not offended. Image

Look forward to seeing it to get an idea of the body size, but it's a nice guitar even if as Darren said it's a little on the loud side.

It will be the first time ever that Howard got told to turn down the colour a bit! LOL

I thought you said no more after the 350 you acquired recently..........but yeah,I know, sometimes you just can't refuse.

Well..... when it's getting down close to half price for a new LE guitar you tend to take a second look, Shane. The $39 shipping fee was a bit of a bonus too!

You read my mind, Paul.... my 'local' has a decent range of Epi/Gibbie parts, so they will be receiving a visit this coming week. I won't have it until late this week at best but I'll let you know if there is any hum from the inbuilt neons Image
