BLAST FROM THE PAST 5

Post by admin »

From Clough
"This act (could be solo, duo, group) had a lot of hits on both sides of the Atlantic in the 60's, again the beat boom curtailed the chart hits and 65 saw the last chart entry in the 60's in both US and UK, in the states however 17 years later the act had a minor hit again.

If we are to try and have a little competitive edge to this and I perfectly accept some not interested at all, let's say 2 points if you get it on first guess and 1 point on 2nd guess.

I brought limit in because on another clip thing I do I was getting entries with list of about 5/6 names saying I think it's one of these.

Rather pointless.

For clarification I am not restricting this to British acts, clips could be from American or British acts, but I like to think that if you like 60's music and I have to assume that if you didn't you would not visit here, you will have heard of the acts chosen.

Any of us could chose a clip by someone you are not likely to have heard of.

After surfing around and listening to various covers of 'Crying' I get a fresh appreciation of what an ALLTIME GREAT song it is.

Hi Ron,

All you have to do is send your entry via email to Roy and voila, you are in like flint.
