Interesting...... I notice on the Rickenbacker US price list that they are listed at $1799. I thought they were far more expensive than that - have they dropped in price this year?

I think my brother has a FG and a MG ordered to go with the JG that he already owns. In the mean time, if you want to start brushing up on your technique, check out John Mann's site. He's a small-volume custom builder and does lovely work at very good prices. This is my brother's custom EM8 hollow-body and it's really spectacular.

I was really excited to see one (a 5002) for the first time in person at the NAMM show. So very cool.

I found a very nice used Mapleglo 5002V58 today at a local shop. December 2002 production with lots of flame on the front and neck. Email me if interested.
