How Many Ricks Do You Have?

Post by drumbob »

While surfing through the thread about the stolen Rick, someone mentioned he had over 100 Ricks. That's mind-boggling. How many Ricks do you guys have and which models?

4 currently; 370/12 RM, 360/12, 660 MID, and 660 BBR. I do own 22 guitars total, I am somewhat ashamed to admit. I do have more guitars than talent.

I don't even know any more.... I lost count after 15.

And then I sold a few and then got a couple more....

Umm--28 or 29, not counting the acoustics I'm building up, which will end up in the hands of customers, of course.

Do double-necks count as one Rick or two?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, and sit in with the band whenever you can, to keep your chops up!

I have two, technically. I have a Jetglo 330/6 that I'm sure of the year on. (It was in pretty bad shape when I got it, including not having a jackplate.) and then my 660/12 AFG that's still on order.

How long have you been waiting on yours Todd? I've been waiting for nearly a year on mine.
Thanks!

Double-necks do count as two, Elys...

I've owned 5: 3 4001's and a 4080/12.

I still have one 4001, my '74 fretless...which I play out with on stages in front of audiences (if that counts for anything)...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...

I sense a bit of the ol' "collector versus musician" debate there, Dane. Rest assured I'm always keen to play my instruments in public, too. While I have a few rarities, I enjoy sharing my toys around and seeing them get played. I'm with ya! Image
