Many happy returns, G!

Working on drinking your age Graham? 29 pints shouldn't be too hard Image.

Happy Birthday, Graham. It seems I was asleep at the switch.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

I assume that will mean one per year? Your training will need that level of intensity if you really want to prepare for the 76th...LOL!

No pain...no gain...

What dedication!! Graham you are a finely tuned machine and give us all something to which we can aspire. I've only seen this type of dedication to training regimen in one other person -- Aitch, are you out there?

Happy Birthday, Graham. When you blew out the candles which Rick did you wish for?
