Yeah, it resides safely at my friend's studio. I still want to reverse the string order one of the these days. Had a crazy idea to put in Alembic pickups (blasphemy at this forum, I know!), but I think I've shelved that notion for now...

Here's a shot of us "The Eradicators" (well Neil, the drummer & I) playing at Toronto's Festival of Beer yesterday... It was pretty cool because we got to share the same stage with one of the bass players that influenced me when I was growing up... Greg Godovitz (of Fludd & Goddo)...

I played the 4005 for the entire set since it'll be the last chance I have to play it before it moves to it's new home in the US later this month. But I did have the 4002 there as backup too.

My hair is part of my muting technique..lol...took the rubber off the one in the bridge years ago ..had pretty much disintegrated

Me with my Feb '72 4001 at an outdoor gig a few weeks back. No backline, terrible monitors, a sound like rubber bands through a transistor radio....but it was for charity so who cares!
