Joey, I have an extra stand that holds three you're welcome to use.
Thanks, Dane! They aren't for me for, but in case we are short of stands for those traveling that need a stand. I have a few extras, but I just want to make sure we have enough, just in case.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!
I'll be bringing my '72 4001 AZG, courtesy of Dave Pascoe. I've finally managed to prise it from his clutches.
I'll also be bringing a pair of drumsticks and a whole lot o' party-hard attitude.

I won't be bringing anything there but I plan on bringing something back home with me. Hopefully my 73 4001 will be arriving with Dale and also I'll be bringing back a small amp with me. The 4001 is in a hard case but I really don't want to check it. I'm afraid the baggage handlers would screw it up. I've heard that I can take a guitar on the plane as carry on if it's in a soft case. Is there any truth to that? I'll be flying United. If that's true I might be purchasing a soft case while I'm there. Then I may have a 73 hard case for sale but I must be absolutely sure before I make any decisions.

I once had a Framus 12-string (335 Gibbie style) that had one of those multi-laminate necks and a very odd "Organ tone" volume control near the picking area, so you could do fade-ins and fade-outs. Gave it to my son; he sold it on. Nasty guitar.

"So, your 6 BE MG is MIA.
I'm suffering from acronym poisoning..."
My Goodness Paul/Jingle Jangle, you MUST know that MIA means missing in action. I am never going to take a Rick, or possibly anything else to a local luthier again. I could have waited until either you or Dale was available and shipped the guitar to you, and had it back before I will likely see the guitar from this luthier. It's extremely disappointing. He had always been such a dependable, and quick luthier on previous occasions, but he did start his own line of guitars during the past year, which explains quite a bit. He's set up and dressed the frets on all of my guitars for the past five years, even my Ricks. He even put this really cool guitar together for me after refinishing the neck to blend in with the body. I know it's not a Rick, but it's cool , so don't kill me for posting it, eh?:

There is no reason to ever be bored.
...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...
"Uh, I like the double bounds. . . ."
