Not another air guitar with it's OHSC? Graham & Peter's already been through that once this year. Image

Woo hoo. I just got a call from the luthier working on my 381/6. He said he'd have the guitar ready in time for me to bring it to the show. Please join me in knocking on some wood in the hopes that it actually happens. I really miss that guitar.

Maple, walnut, or mahogany? Maybe alder,or swamp ash?

Thanks guys! You are a witty bunch. It's nice to be a part of the forum. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you in person. Maple would probably be the best wood to knock on..I suppose I should have requested a knock on Ricks then maybe?

I have a really cool custom hi/low power Twin Reverb that was blackfaced circuit-wise, and brown faced cosmetically, as well as given a tube rectifier. Anyone interested in trying it out?

Erik, thanks for the offer but, I don't think the bass will get there in time. I may chance it on the plane, but will decide last minute.

For those asking, here is the bass in question -

If I remember correctly, I didn't see a 4003 JG at the SoCal confluence last year. I recall think that was funny, as it is probably the most produced single item from RIC.

Maybe I'll bring mine just to cover the bases.

I was thinking of NOT bringing my 360 DCM to keep it pristine. But then I thought of maybe getting a pic with a whole bunch of DCMs together would be cool.

I'll probably bring my 730L-12FG and my 360-12BBR. If I do, then I may as well bring my 360VP FG.

Marc, I would have sent you my SKB Bass Safe to you to travel with that bass.

I hoping that all the area DCM instruments would be at the confluence. Put them all together for a cool picture.

We had at least six DCMs at MARF II. One of each plus another 660 and 4003, perhaps more, I don't recall.
