Thats a V9, not an SVT. The V9 was the guitar amp with a similar circuit but had added stuff appropriate for guitar. The SVT was the bass amp and didn't have the extra things. You can tell by the inputs among other things. A real SVT has 4 inputs on the left.

Yeah it was a 300 watt guitar amp with the same power amp as an SVT, the only difference was the preamp which was voiced for guitar and had a few effects. A lot of bass players have used these over the years though including Allen Woody who sometimes used these instead of SVT's. It also came with a 9 x 10 cab. That is a rare amp, I've only seen one in person in my life and that was 35 years ago in a store.
You think Marshalls are bad to play against? haha!
