Marc and I just started our "Wish we could be there" party early tonight with drinks (and a cigar for him) on the balcony....

Mike, just got back to the hotel room after catching up with Graham and Alison for a few drinks, dinner, and a few more drinks. It was most enjoyable seeing those two again.

We're picking up Dave and Lisa Pascoe in the morning from LAX and then heading for Santa Ana. I'll see you tomorrow afternoon.

Well it's 12:42 California time. My wife and I just checked in at Holiday Inn after flying for 5 hours then landing in LAX just in time to miss our connecting flight to John Wayne. We landed in LAX at 9:18. We had to locate our bags and then find a shuttle to take us here. Finally here after driving around in a shuttle van for two hours.

We had a packed shuttle and a very nice tour of Ca. in the middle of the night.

Last night Graham was up to his old tricks again. Firstly , he tried to convince Robyn that we should eat at this establishment, because it represented "great value for your poultry dollar":-

Alison took us on a walking tour of the greater Hollywood area until we found The Velvet Marghuerita. Graham then gave me a nudge and a wink and suggested the girls should have a tropical drink. He said that "your body will thank you for supplying it with such fruity and healthy qualities":-

The "health benefits" worked fast and the desired effect was achieved:-
