In the Standard input, everything is fine. When I plug in my Ric-O-Sound input only, the bridge pickup is on fine. But when I plug both in at the same time with each chord going into a different amp, I don't get any sound at all.
Am I doing it wrong? HELP!
Why Doesn't My Ric-O-Sound Work?

Chris,
To use the Rick-O-Sound, you need a good quality Y cable with a stereo phone jack (tip-ring-sleeve) on one end that plugs into the guitar/bass' ROS jack, and plug the 2 mono phone jacks (tip-sleeve) on the other ends into 2 amps.
Or you can purchase a ROS box...
One can't use both output jacks on the instrument at the same time.

Greg,
I don't know, but I do know that they are independant of each other, I use to run stereo with a stereo jack and cord into two mono jacks as Paul suggested and the two pickups controls did not affect each other at all. And the Ric-O-sound box is essentially a splitter which does the same thing, they are supposed to quieter, but is the same as a Y cord. You might want to check the wiring both in the box and in the bass to see if there are any errant wires shorting out somewhere.
Chris, if you plug a mono cord into the ric-o-sound jack all you will get is the treble pickup, that is normal, you need the stereo jack as Paul suggested.
