I should mention that mine's working out to be a little more expensive than a stock Geddy Lee because I splurged on the body, but you could do it for the same price or less if you don't want anything crazy.

I doubt it. I think that they have blocked and bound necks, but I've never heard of anyone making a neck that was actually the same profile as the Geddy Lee in addition to looks. Unfortunately the best recipe seems to be Ebay + constant vigilance. Or if you're really desperate, buy a used Geddy and sell the body.

I got my first SX, a sunburst Jazz with rosewood 'board and chrome covers, when we started doing the Abbey Road medley which has a lot of Fender Jazz Bass. I already had two Fender Jazzes but they are the wrong finish(one white, one purple), the SX was correct and cheap so...
Next I decided that after 30+ years of playing bass and being a huge Rick Danko fan, I'd try a fretless. But I didn't wanna spend a lot of $$ on a fretless and then decide I can't play one, so I got an SX fretless Jazz. It's a nice bass and I'm doing pretty good on fretless(at home).
Then, I was watching "Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii" one night after a show and(having a few Shiners) decided I needed a sunburst P bass like Roger's.
To the internet!! Rondo had a lefty SX P/J in sunburst, looked just like Roger's and so...
