Sometimes a lead guitar melody doubled with mandolin sounds just spectacular.

Congratulations!

Barry Mitterhoff has been playing mandolin with Jorma (and Tuna) for several years now. And I hate to admit it, but I enjoy Barry's solos more than I do Jorma's.

However, when they go electric, I think the Mandobird sounds kind of out of place.

Congrats John.

After SoCal it is now hard to even imagine you without a 5002 in your hands.

Now that he owns one, it's going to be even harder to imagine...

I have one of these, lent to me for awhile. Balalaikas are fun, albeit weird to play. Image
