The first: A new 4001 AG purchased in August 1977 but I am not sure of the actual vintage. I assume it was a '77 or '76. I only cared that it was a Ric at that point in my life.

The most recent: Used 2005 4003 JG two weeks ago from CL. ($1000)

First was what now seems to have been a 1958 Mapleglow 365 (two pickup, gold guards, funny vibrato, etc.) in 1973 or '74 for $200. Unfortunately, I never even saved a photo of it.

Most recent, last month - a really nice '85 330/12 Mapleglow (for a lot more than $200).

My first was in May of last year...
an '05 4403 with a baseball bat neck. I sold it soon thereafter.

My most recent was a '76 4001 I received yesterday....same color....technically...

...Now I have seven...

My first Rickenbacker is my only Rickenbacker. It's a 2000 fireglo 4003 that I got in May 2000.
