Note of thanks!

I just want to thank everyone for all your help. Not only did I get a warm welcome and great suggestions in the Bass Section, I got more than I expected.

I have been reading different posts for several hours. You’ve made me think. You’ve helped me learn, do I untune the Ric and other guitars or not (I was worried about that). You’ve shown me the care, compassion and respect you have for each other. Plus you have gotten me to laugh, and hard! Some of the comments, pictures, ebay auctions (yikes) and YouTube links just cracked me up. The cat and dog keep looking at me like I’ve lost my mind again, not to mention my poor monitor getting sprayed!

I thought when I first posted that I would ask my question and that would be that. Thank you again for making my lonely night enjoyable. You’ll see/read more of me in the future.

Welcome, Cris! Yes, this is the best place to hang out online--the people here are terrific, and it can sometimes be a lot of fun, too! Make yourself at home! Image

But watch out, this place is habit-forming and can become downright addictive! Image

Glad you're enjoying it Cris. There is much to be learnt here - despite the regular bouts of lunacy. The best part is having regular opportunities to meet other members of the family. It's a huge buzz when you meet forum members face-to-face for the first time and it's instantly big hugs all round. Image

BTW....... Melissa speaks the truth.... beware! Image

Hi, I'm Cris and I'm addicted. Once again I am here reading old threads. I was up most of the night last night reading.

Today I had a great time looking at some "unique" guitars. Some may be ugly as hell, but some are pretty creative for lack of a better word.

Thanks again, and I'm back to lurking and reading.
