Thank you, guys, for letting me be young once again (especially given my 10-year-old daughter thinks i am old). Image Kidding again, of course.
Okay, back to topic... oh, and thanks a lot for a good hint, Robert.

If it is who I think it is, when I was in digs in about 1969 they were referred to as the Screach People.

Misleading hint IMHO, although I do understand what you're getting at, I wanted to give hints too, but....

maybe...but if you know the "roots" of the tune you understand...don't want to give it away ..that's what a "hint" is all about...

OK, I put in a second guess, my first being wrong (obviously). I think I have it now.

Hints - Whilst tempting to give a hint once you know you are correct I do think it spoils the competitive edge to it.

I accept only a bit of fun but if hints are given and some basically are such, that one may as well give answer, it becomes a somewhat unfair playing field.

I know some google and all that, that's fine as I say it is not a big issue but in trying to build this up, some are now playing who are not part of the forum unfortunately but wish to play so only hints they get are my, perhaps, rubbish clues.

But it doesn't take much to join the forum, does it? Image
Agreed about hints, though.

Hopefully you received my guess Roy. Internet access where I currently am (no it's not a witness protection program Image) is spotty at best.
