500 and counting...

Post by jaybic »

Just noticed that I've reached the 500th post point. It's taken me almost 3 years to get here though...lol. I want to thank Peter and all the great members that contribute to the forum. With out the RickResource I would have never met Lindsey Hahn or Dean Mentjes and attended the first SARD (Springfield Area RickResource Dinner). I have also gained so much knowledge just by mainly being a lurker here. Thanks to all. Maybe one day I'll make a confluence and meet more of you in person.

Oh my. I almost have 5 times as many posts as you. Does this mean I talk too much?

Congrats, Jason! We need to organize a Midwest Rick Confluence, somewhere in the Chi-town area for everyone in the north/central part of the US.

That's right Aitch! The birth of my son was very close to your visit last year - speaking of which - he's turning one in a couple of weeks. Wow time flies.

Yes John - and there are a few in St. Louis area and Milwaukee as well.

Lucky you, a 9-month old Rick - so how old is your boy then? Rubbish joke (we Brits are quite good at those)

Plus it takes me 1 closer to 500!

"Yes John - and there are a few in St. Louis area and Milwaukee as well."

That's the hope, that anyone from Ohio/Pittsburg on west to Iowa and north/south of Chicago would make it to this regional confluence.

There. I've planted the seed....

Great pic of Jason - he has great taste in instruments!

John, why not just make it in Detroit? Image I can think of 5 or 6 within 40 miles..
