Maybe it is a mistake because they sell the Revolution refub for $1999

I know several people who've ordered one, but are currently waiting for them to show up. Lots of speculation about them here....

Unless there is something seriously wrong with them, at that price with a 45 day return policy, it may be pretty good deal...time will tell.

I just don't understand how a limited edition of less than 1000 copies like this shows up as refurbs?

Also a discussion here under The Beatles section. I'm thinking unless it's ducktaped together this is a pretty good deal. I paid $1950 for my Rev last year off the 'Bay.

But why not sell returns as blems rather than refurbs and why are the 1965s $1199 and the Revs $1999?

I suspect many questions may be answered by week's end.... but it continues to get more interesting.

I looked around on other forums. Some discussion among the usual suspects (probably most of the folks here ;-), but interestingly, almost none on the Epi forum (that I found anyway).

Checked the Gibson/Epi site, the internet links they have show backorders at Sweetwater and Sam Ash. The GC link shows them avail at $1349 in Sunburst, and the Natural due in 90 days for the same price!

I'm getting really curious to see what shows up in the shipping box....
