I never realized that George used the 12 string with this song in concert.It sounds pretty good.

50 watt amps, deafening audience noise, no foldback, lousy pa, mischievous mic stand, despite this still a better vocal from Lennon than the studio version. A band at the top of their game! I think lighting and camera angle responsible for false impression of 360/12 body thickness
