Christmas songs
Well after what was said I just had to go and find that tape. The Christmas Carols are Silent Night and White Christmas. It is on a tape titled Searchers 30 rarities. Also on there is Back to the War, Changing, Indigo Spring, You Got Me, In the Heat of the Night, Love Song, Beautiful Dreamer. Won't put the full list up here for the moment.Comments anyone???????
I would be most interested in your review of these songs Pam, as I have not heard the Seachers do any of them. I would, however, urge you to post the entire song list for the purpose of discussion.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

The thread was unreleased Searchers recordings, the two xmas songs you mention Pam were or still are to some degree featured in the act at this time of year but have never been recorded, I suspect the tape you have of these songs is a live version. Of the list above Love Song(an alltime favourite of mine again is probaly a live versionas will be Johhny B Good. Three songs can be classed as unreleased recordings, all the rest have now been commercially released
