Hey, my wife took that pic - that's ME with the 360/12V64! And it's my Webshots page too! ;-) There are a lot more "Rick pics" in other albums there.

And yes, we have good taste! We Ohio jammers are well known for a lot of "firsts" (multiple Ricks and other fun things). We might've met via the FDP, but it's never been an "all exclusively Fender" kind of thing. Same goes for the "Ohio" thing too - we've had jammers coming in from KY, IN, MI, PA, NY, WV (and I don't know where else) coming in for these jams.

Those jams are always an absolute blast and I've attended many over the years in various cities. Got another one coming up in a few weeks, and I'll be unveiling my new Vox AC30CC head and cab so I'm really looking forward to that.

As always, any and all are welcomed to join us - so if any Ric Resource members who live in states nearby, or anywhere in Ohio, can feel free to contact me for info on upcoming events. Seems like we do anywhere between 1-4 jams per year. Any/all music styles are always represented, although we've never done an acoustic set yet (it's been talked about though - just never got around to doing it yet). Usually, by the end, we get *real loud*. ;-)

Steve, I'm sure we met over in the FDP. Last year's Houston jam was my first multipe Ric jam (excluding the ones that I've shown up with more than one of my Rics). My Victoria Victoriette will be making it's debut at next month's Dallas jam. In 20/20 hindsight, the amp should have made it's debut at last month's SoCal Confluence.

Richard, Yeah I've seen your pics via the FDP too (I'm "Hank Hill" over there). The 12 string is my only Ric so I'm going to have to get a 6 string to be able to play a Ric on more songs. Sounds like a good enough reason to me. ;-)

It's funny - whenever I'm getting ready for these jams I find it hard to decide what guitars (other than the 12 string) to bring. Just for carrying and car (Mazda Protege 5) space reasons, I limit myself to 2 sixers and I try to mix it up a bit.

So how does your Victoriette sound with all your guitars? I bet it's a killer. I'd love to have one but nobody around here carries them.

Would also love to make it to a Confluence someday too, but that's a bit beyond my means. Which translates to: it's in the "we'll see" category and I'll figure out a way to do it someday anyway. ;-)

I think the Victoriette sounds great with all on my guitars. It has a voicing all of it's own, but could best described as a low wattage Twin Reverb.
