Re: Chrissquire.net
Vincent - you da man. Thanks for that!!!
Anybody (well, almost anybody) who wants to chime in with some compelling content regarding your take on Chris' techniques and observations of same - please contact me. We're putting together The Bass Place on chrissquire.net that should appeal to professional musicians, and students of the bass, along with a Virtual Rickenbacker application. It'll be a cool place to hang and check out links to not only manufacturers, but other's sites who claim that Chris has been more than an inspiration. Great stuff - so please participate if you can.

Re: Chrissquire.net
We're just getting the latest content from Chris, updating the opening movie, and working to create The Bass Place - which is the online Musician's Lounge. Coming soon after the launch will be Chris Squire's Virtual Rickenbacker - an online working Rick that you'll be able to play with your mouse or keyboard - or at least tune your own bass to.
We expect to launch at the very end of October. Stay tuned.

Re: Chrissquire.net
Cool, but is it just me or does the wording under the new image say "arriving 10th Rovember" ??
Re: Chrissquire.net
Rovember it is! What month does that come after, I always forget?

It's even funnier if you read it in the voice of Scooby Doo...

Re: Chrissquire.net
Blame it on our old friend, Arnold Boecklin - the designer of the typeface that we're using.
I assure you, it's November - not Rovember or even Novembacker. Although that would be a good month to buy a Rick.
We're putting together a new feature called the Squire Wire. Any questions on bass playing, composition, performing, etc. that you'd like Chris to answer, please submit to me at [email protected]

So RIchard, did Chris pick up the Fish bass from the auction?

Re: Chrissquire.net
I don't think you'll see a bass like that on eBay.
