Comparing Fireglo´s

Post by frode »

Why do some ricks at ebay look so amazing? I want a 4003 in fireglo, but only if they look like this picture. I resently found a similar 2006 model in Norway. To different colors I think. Why? Bether camera?

Frode,
A lot depends on who finished it. The variations can be huge.

Different cameras and lighting can also make a huge difference in how it looks in cyberspace. Age will play a part in this along with the above mentioned reasons.

The pic from ebay is from a 2005 model I think. The norwegian picture is from a 2006. The one from ebay looks a lot deeper or darker at the edge, while the other one looks more red.

That's the depth I´m looking for in an ordinary fireglo. Beautiful color on that amber fireglo

Some call this "mecurichrome"-glo, but I think it's nice. The camera really doesn't capture it all that well

Is it the flash on the camera that causes that loss of definition?
