just picked it up from the office. a few quick pics (just noticed that the keys are still in the case, in the original bag).

included: original strings (in a Rotosound string package, ssitting underneath the polishing cloth), polishing cloth, keys, pup cover.

Very nice bass, it's in great shape alright.

Interesting that it has a blue cloth in the case, I had thought they did away with those in the late 60's....

When I got my '77 MG 4001, it came in a blue-cloth lined case just like that one.

Congrats Bryce, that bass looks stunning. Nice burst, unlike some recent single-pass clownglo's.

How do those Maxima's sound? Are they anything like TI Jazz Flats? My favorite strings for 70's Rics are old dead roundwounds. Dead rounds sound good even with - dare I say it? - the cap

Ilan, i haven't had a chance to play it yet with the Maxima's. an old set of Roto wounds were strung-up when i received it, it is now de-strung for cleaning/polishing. i will give the Maxima's a go when it is back together and compare them to the TI's which will most likely be the strings i keep on it.

My bad; What I meant to say was 'blue polishing cloth'.....I agree that the case lining is fine.
