Vault Changes

Post by dswp »

Sorry that I have not been around much lately. Work has been insane.

I reconfigured the Ric Vault a little bit and I thought that you may want to see it and all the new additions. (Not all mine for the record).

First I took down the DW drum set and got one of those minty cool 1966 sets.

Still some 4080's here

Since the band is a bit quiet, I set up a portion of the PA system. The drums all mic-ed up sure do annoy Lisa for some reason.

Hey Dave, great to see you here again! I'd love to get inside that vault someday! Say hi to Lisa for me! All your Aussie mates say hi as well!

Awesome, Dave!! I must have the honor and pleasure of being in the Rick Vault someday, please!

If you let me live in the vault, I'll bring my toys also!!

Gawd, Dave! Your vault looks twice the size of my house!! Ditto on the "must visit if you'll let me" thing. It's really a "torture chamber", isn't it??

Hmmmmmm.... That's strange. I can't figure that one out at all Dave.
On another note...you're only 3 hours away Dave. I must come visit some time!
I spend a little bit of time in my "vault" as well so it wouldn't bother me much...

Well I guess if you like to have a huge music room at home where you can play all of your toys to your heart's content, then I suppose it looks OK. I prefer having all my stuff pilled up in one tiny room. It improves my carbon footprint!

I just HAVE to get behind that Rogers kit one day, Dave.

Nice looking mapleglo Capri you have in the rack there. How much do you want for it?

Having spent a few hours in Dave's Ric Vault, I can testify that it's one of the best places to jam and hang out. Man, do I wish you lived around the bloody corner and not 12,000 miles away, Dave!

Thanks guys.

First off (after the treatment that I received down under), any Aussie has an open initiation to stay at my house as long as they want.

Trotty, it's still not too late to just hop on a plane for a visit.. ALL my band mates would love to play with you again. It sure would be cool seeing you jamming with someone that I know that can keep up with you. Also, you will have a shot at the MG as I will be listing it on Ebay later today :P

Steve, perhaps when things calm down a bit (January-ish) you and Tammy can stop by for a lunch.

And Elys

Forget about the pictures of my humble Ric vault, when are you going to post some pictures of the Ric mansion? :D

Any one else notice that Dave stores his wine in the vault too?

The only reason I noticed it is because there were not any lefty Rics down there.
