SHHH
They all went to a vintage guitar shop for a bit so the the house is quiet now.
A lot of money was raised last night for a great charity.
Many thanks to Chris Clayton who donated this 650 which raised well over double its' list price.
Thanks to Pat D. for playing it in concert and signing the Ric poster that came with it. Also thanks for lending his name a bit to the event. Darren called the live auction with the auctioneer and the crowd with under his Aussie charm spell. PIP PIP
The guitar was the largest single money maker at the auction. Here is a picture of the winner coming up to do a number with us and the Dog. Sorry that Trott had to jump on stage and ruin the photo opp.

Hey are they singing "Proud to be an American"? Because I swear I have seen Darren strike that pose before somewhere.. I think it was with Denny Pezzin at the E.S. hotel...

Those pictures are a little out of sequence. And so are these! The top one is the Guitar Barn.........great little place to hang out for an hour or 2.
Then these ones show.......Our hostess with the mostest!................Darren gets it "Geddy Style"..............and inside the guitar barn

I forgot to mention. I think I speak for all of us when saying we had a great day AGAIN yesterday. It was rounded off by going out for dinner (11 of us I think?). We had a great time. Darren and John S made wonderful speaches, thanking our host and thanking all of us for being there. It was a truly great night.
..............I couldn't beleive that Dave made me pick up the tab though! What the...............only kidding..........Dave - you truly are the hostess with the mostess!!
