rhinestones

i have what appears to be a 790 8 string each,double neck 6 pedal,no name plate or serial #.it has clear rhinestones on the front and different colored stones on the necks.was this done in the factory or at home?anyone know what year?i dont play but play around on it alot.it sure is pretty
