Thanks for your kind comments.

My rig consists of a Hartke HA3500 350w head / 2x10 cab and an Ashdown 4x10.
It was originally all Hartke with a 1x15 can as well as the 2x10.
The 1x15 died twice while under warranty, so back to the shop with it.
The Ashdown cab is excellent but far too heavy!!!

The Ric I used was a 4003 midnight blue (the controversial bleeding one, but enough of that)

I also have two Trace Elliot 715's which I use on smaller gigs (should have used them at THAT one!!!

Playing a Rick, Rick for a backup. Thats the way to do it. Looks like a lot of fun.

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been a ric person since 1981, nice to see there is a forum for all like minded people who are obsessed (recent to computers as well by the way).
I'm gonna try and post a pic of my Mapleglo rick from when I was with my old band.... hope it works.

Thanks for the welcome and the kind comments, like I said I have been into ric's since about 1981 and owned about 15 of em over the various years. This one however is the only one I can never part with as I just love it too much.
Bought it in 1990 off a guy who had had it lying in the attic for years (it belonged to a member of his family years before. I payed £50.00UK Which is about $25.00 US (Yes the guy just wanted some extra cash and didn't know the value... who was I to argue :D ).
He said he thought it had been bought in 1971 so I was a little pleased, t turned ot when I learned about serial numbers (its MJ xxxx) that it is actually a 73.......... still a good result tho.
It has since been signed by Lemmy from motorhead and re laqered on the back, the front is now about to undergo the same restoration and he has said he will do the front when it is sanded, definately one to keep now lol.

Hey all -

Richard Telofski from the Rick Redux page might be doing a little story on me & my tunes sometime soon - I'm pretty stoked about that. He asked for some pics of me playing some Ricks, and this is one I sent him:
