BFTP21
OK here's this weeks all will know the song, here in UK we probably know Cliff Richard's Version best in States Tommy Edwards.
The act doing this (for new players could be solo, duo, group etc) had loads of hits in States from the 50's to mid 60's and a mini comeback in 70's. Quite successful in UK too, but nowhere near success enjoyed in States. Sorry to my European friends and those in OZ but have no records of your charts.

Re: BFTP21
Apparently I'm the first one to guess this! My email is in to Roy. This one (along with the Who a couple of weeks ago) I found the easiest for quite a while...
Re: BFTP21
One of my favs. Thanks for the Saturday surprise Roy. Email sent.
Re: BFTP21
Tough for me this week, loads of acts similar to this during the times stated - mines in.

Re: BFTP21
Well I have had a go but I could be wrong. I don't have any records by this artist and my memory with respect to being able to make a positive identification strictly by listening to the singers voice is, let's just say it's not what it used to be.
So Roy my guess is in and a "guess" it is.

Re: BFTP21
It's a pretty tune. My guess is probably wrong, but my email guess has been sent Roy.

Okay, my guess - the first, but likely not the last - is in...

My guess is in, Roy. A wonderful version, at least to my ears. I look forward to this contest every weekend and this one was no exception. I was wondering what today's offering might bring.

In I am Roy
Re: BFTP21
Well my first guess was wrong. I have no idea at this point in time so you may not get a second guess before I leave for Australia on Saturday. You may not hear much from me when I am down there Roy, Howard has got me lined up to do all sorts of minor set ups to his 30 something guitars, basses etc.

Mines in Roy.
I think I've got it.
