Chris Squire,,, I love his tone on "And you and I" (studio recording),,, and Geddy Lee on "Cinderella Man" (studio recording).

But at the other end of the spectrum,, I like the thumpy, funky P-bass tone of the guy that played for Pablo Cruise.....sorry but his name escapes me..
