2004 finish

Post by cheyenne »

I hate to beat a dead horse, but has anyone heard what the new finish color for 2004 is yet? I want to order a new jetglow, but not until I find out the new color.

Hey Scott, My guess is Sun-glo! Don’t know why, just a guess – wouldn’t be one I would be interested in – I don’t think!
In various e-mail exchanges to JH he answered all questions but that. He wouldn't even acknowledge the guess! He's keeping it pretty close to the vest and I don’t blame him. I think he said once the dealers knew but were threatened to be cutoff if they leaked it out. Guess we’ll have to wait for NAMM. Can’t go wrong with the classic Jetglo you know!

Cheers!

Thanks Andy, I really gotta bad case of the "I wanna's" for an all black 4003. But personally I'd like to see the Blue Boy finish made available in the states.

Right after I posted, I visited Mike Parks's site and saw the orders. May be a blue boy in my future.

I'm sure that in was chosen about 6 months ago and they all ready have instruments ready to go, at least three for the NAMM show in Jan.

It's gonna be hard to top the Montezuma Brown finish. Greenglo would be very cool! Maybe we'll see it someday (anniversary edition?). Just a thought...

Cheyenne: From the RIC Color/Options page.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
