Return of the Ric

Post by 12_strings »

Greetings. Have been playing an acoustic 12 after selling my 660/12 FG at last year's Phila. Guitar Show. Was lucky enough to find a 370/12MG on this forum so the wait is on! Will have to master the dreaded R tailpiece now. Will run the Ric through a JangleBox (glad I didn't sell that) in my Carvin BelAir. Anyway, just went through the photos posted by forum members with their Rics and will add mine soon so get the kids away from the computer.

Congrats? Can I assume you bought the 370 from Kevin?

Thanks John. This forum has a wealth of information and experts. I told Kevin I wanted a guitar like this for 40-some years. Ever since the ending coda to "A Hard Day's Night" and the first few Byrds albums. I liked the 660/12 but a 370 MapleGlo with toasters...Christmas is coming early.

I own a 370/12 MG with toasters since 2004 and it's a fantastic Rickenbacker, Mark. You are gonna enjoy it!
