The club for people waiting for a 360/12c63

Post by 2ricks »

hello everyone. This will be a little club for those people waiting for their c63s. when the guitars come, we can post pics etc....

My c63 was reserved at a store on June 4th 2007. the salesperson said the guitar was ordered a year ago and it should be another 6 months. It's been fun waiting so far.

I wonder how much over street price a person would pay if the could receive immediate delivery on a c63?

Gary, that point may be moot because RIC tend to produce instruments in batches (especially the lower production number models), so even if you wanted one today you'd probably have to wait until the next run.

Actually Rum, I already have a C63 and have been considering selling it, buying a modern 360-12 or maybe a 350V63 which would net me about enough money to buy a Vox AC30cc. I will still have a Beatlish Ric, but would also have a more authentic sounding amp to enjoy the Ric tones.

Check out the new AC30 Heritage hand wired amp if you are looking for an AC30. They should be released soon. The AC15's are already out and are great with the EF86 channel. Vox has not used it in 40 years.

I'm on that list...I figured might as well just put a deposit down and start saving. No worries.

Hello guys and gals.

Just joined this club by sending NCM my down payment today.

Now to start putting a bit aside for the next few years. My 325c58 is lonely.

Never having played this guitar, I will lust away, jangling sweet dreams of neck radius, and 12 strings.

I know this is a thread for people who've already put in an order, but just in case you can't wait...

Here's a good one. I'm debating on weither I should go for it, because of that high price.

I walked into the Dallas guitar show in April of 2007 and found a 360/12c63 at the Fuller's Vintage Guitars booth. I had heard all the stories about long waits so I bought it immediately for $2400. I have three Ric 12 strings and it is definitely my favorite.

Nice picture of TP and the 620/12 from the Even the Losers 45 import, Jake. I have that one in a frame on my wall.

Pick of the Ricks has a JG 360/12c63 in stock, according to their website. They are a pleasure to do business with.

One thing that's got me wondering:

There are more jetglos circulating around these days. What happened to the fireglos?
