Well lately I've been trying to be more "into" the details and stuff, and my friend Pat has been helping me out, he's got a DSLR of some kind, and he recently got a cool wide angle lens thats takes wild pictures!
Anyways, these are my tries for the night, after reading a review about my camera HERE and finding out how this guy got the best out of it.
made me realize that the "vivid" mode takes a much nicer shot (to me anyways) the pictures seem to have a fuller color, which I really like!
So, all the shots have the same lighting btw, First shot, Aperture is around 3 I believe, with an exposure time of 2 seconds I believe, I've already forgotten... they're also all set to adjust to Tungsten lighting (so they don't seem so yellowish)
Not bad, this was the kind of shot I had gotten accustomed to over the past year.
same shot, but with the camera in vivid mode, all other things equal... seems to be a world of difference! the colors pop more, just seems like an altogether better quality picture!
and just for fun, I put it through photoshop to see if I could bring out the details in the body beveling, the result : more detail in the beveling, but enough to make it look fake-ish, probably won't be doing that alot
And finally, the shot Pat took of his guitar with his new really wide angled lens and DSLR. I think he said exposure time was about 30 seconds! This last pic is too big to load here, but I strongly urge you to click the link, it's a great shot of a 330 in Fireglo, with toasters!
