Is it too early? What's new for NAMM?

Post by atomic_punk »

Is it too early to wonder and speculate what RIC might be unveiling at this year's NAMM show? It is less than a month away, no?
I am hoping there is some kind of 5-string offering...

When they finally do start making 5 string basses again there will be a 2 year backlog so that my guess is the earliest we will see 5 string Ric basses available again will be 2010 ... and it could be longer if they still have to program the CNC machines and do some R & D ... and maybe they have too much backlog making current instruments and they don't want to add a new model to the production line ...

I hope so. We're going to hoist a couple, and London's too far and too cold in January!

I think I may have used up all of my leave passes for a little while. :(

Robyn says if I'm a good boy I can go play with my friends in the US later in 2008. :D
