Melissa, congratulations on this amazing accomplishment. While 3,000 posts may seem like a sure-fire ticket to the Rickenbacker Hall of Fame, remember, Pete Rose amassed 4,256 hits, and is still awaiting enshrinement ...

Actually we're not too far away from each other.
You're averaging about 57 posts a month and I about 45.

I'm certainly not trying to get any kind of notoriety for my post number--I'll never be able to keep up with somebody like Paul W, who has racked up an amazing number of posts, which most of the time have been worth reading! My count pales by comparison, and I don't generally have a lot of original things to say.... I guess this is kind of pathetic! :oops:

I'm sure that there were many more worthy posts among your 3000+ than among my almost 4500 existing posts (at least 4495 of which were dull and useless). :wink: Keep up the good work! And hanging around is cool, indeed!
