Re: Geddy's Rig
He actually went with something that offered a warmer sound this tour.
Re: Geddy's Rig
Gotta LOVE that he broke out the old Rickenbacker 4001 for the S&A tour! I hope he still brings it along for the 2nd leg and plays it for more than just one song!

That middle photo has to be some kind of poetic justice.

Re: Geddy's Rig
I just ordered a Sansamp RPM last week from GC. (complete review coming upon delivery)
In the video, you can see his settings on the Sansamp. It'l be interesting to dial in his settings for a try.
Of, course I dont have all the other stuff he has in the chain.

Re: Geddy's Rig
The band's website (rush.com) has several videos of crew interviews posted in the "Media" section of the site. One is an interview of the band's chef. Partway through the interview, he has to excuse himself to do something and the camera follows him through the backstage area. During the show, he wanders out on stage in his chef outfit and begins basting the chickens in the racks (back to the audience). Quite humorous in itself...until the camera pans out and you realize he is only wearing the chef shirt, hat, and shoes.jps wrote:Yummy looking rig he has!
Aside from that humor, it was interesting how quiet it is on stage during a show, compared to being in the audience.
