P.S. I should mention that I had e-mailed Dan's web sit a couple of monthes ago with a message of encouragement and they were nice enough to notify me of Dan's passing last Sunday night by return e-mail. There is also a link on the site now if anyone would like to contribute in Dan's memory to fight prostate cancer. RIP Danny :cry:

I missed this thread but read of Dan's passing in the San Diego Tribune on Monday. He was a fellow Peoria (Illinois) native and he's gone way too soon. I usually get teary-eyed whenever I hear Same Auld Lang Syne too ... Rest in peace, Dan!

People like Fogelberg make MTV a joke. There appears to be no new talent out there to replace such a wonderful soul.
