Thankfully, I have a set of Kluson tuners in my possession. Depending on how boogered up the finish is around the f-hole and tuning peg holes, I may get this refinished as a blue boy.

Great price...hopefully you can get those chips ironed out, but still--you got a great deal on a shorty!

I was wondering when you'd let everyone know about your great find, Erik. Well done mate! You snagged it at an excellent price and I think your intended blue boy refin would be just perfect!

You thief.....and a smart one at that! {:=) Excellent buy. Congratulations! It doesn't look like it's in that bad of a shape, really. The work that confronts you should turn out to be a pleasant experience as well. Peace, out.....Goofyfoot.
Play on, pick often, jam with any Rickenbacker, and prosper.

Great guitar. Man I'd like to see it after you get it the way you want it. Looks pretty nice as is.
