I was wondering if any other forumites got one.
Rick shipped several others, one went to Wildwood.
But none of the others have surfaced , yet.
C'mon gang. Step forward
Hi Bryant.
Welcome to the forum
There is an upload attachment tab on the posting page below the
box. If you have jpegs in your computer, you should be able
to upload an image.
Would love to see your guitar. Who did you get it from?
Let me know if you see the photo. I'm not sure if I did it right. If it worked I'll post some more photos. I bought mine through The Music Zoo. They are in Little Neck New York.
Classic Axe in Gainesville, VA received a 6 and a 12 string about 7-10 days before Christmas. Be prepared to pay...
"Keep smiling, keep your mouth shut, and nobody gets hurt!" Don't bust Mike's chops... '05 4003 BBR; '99 4001V63 FG; '96 4003S Trans Blue (custom refin from Paul W.)
When I looked on Rickenbacker's site it showed only (7) 381/12 BBR's had been shipped. I believe Wildwood had two and The Rickenbacker Page also had two. It looks like John and I are part of a small group.
I like it. I'm slowly figuring it out. I bought it at Alto Music in Middletown N.Y.
I noticed your from Northhampton. I have a customer in northampton that I visit every once in a while. They're called Arrow Tile. They're on Damon Road.
You'll see our old family body shop (with surname still attached) on Damon Rd if you look. The school I work for is all of 1/2 mile from Arrow Tile. I'm still figuring out my amp too but am very happy with the sounds I'm getting. We've got a few Rick forum members up this way. Sounds like a northeast confluence should be in the offing.
Who did you buy your 381/12 BBR from? I have to say that Joe at the Music Zoo was more than fair. I bought mine at a 30% discount off of '05 price list. That price included tax and shipping.
