Hmmm...OK, here are a few more, plus a bit'o' copy to puzzle over with your Rick-O-Code decoder buttons.

The first is a Death-Metal Basso Profundo Brine Shrimp Memorial Gee-Tar:

Next, one on which the grain got a bit out of hand...I used to have a silk tie with these patterns but it irritated me everytime I looked in the mirror...

Next, a 335-alike, with an inlay purported to be Marilyn Monroe:

Finally, copy from one of the above Ebay listings:

And I quote: "Electric Guitar, Big archtop tone. Flamed maple body. Fully bounde all maple body, ferfect for hte jazz tone, and fully felxible for everything from alt tock to pounding pundk."

Couldn't have said it bedder myself. Peace, out, and Happy New Year!

Iced tea and good food. Not a droppa. How dull, many are thinking, I'm sure.

Bass player in the reggae band at the club last night, however, played a trans red 4004. Beautiful instrument, despite being covered with greasy fingerprints and having one knob missing. Said he borrowed it from a friend to record an album--four years ago--and has gigged it ever since.

Post #600, and not a "droppa" for me either. Happy New Year, everyone.

That's a damn big keyboard you have there, Paul! The "d" and "k" are only 3 3/4" apart on mine!

RIP-OFFS. Most of this thread has been about Uglee and knock-off designs...

But, here's a NEW high in silly pricing:

One is even cracked through and was solvent-glued years ago (hence the yellowed stripe).

Yikes!

Silly pricing or silly bidding? Think I'm gonna hit some garage sales...

I like how he cleaned them up so they'd look their best for the auction!

It's kinda like: you've been digging in the dirt, planting those gladiola bulbs on your wife's "Honeydoo" list...you stop for lunch. You take a magnifying glass to your fingernails...yeccchhh. You skip lunch.
