Re: used.guitarcenter.com
It looks okay, and there's some nice stuff on there for sure, but always having to contact the store for the price is a royal pain.
Re: used.guitarcenter.com
That was my inital reaction too, Robert.
I have always wondered --- if you are a business and you (assumably) sell things - why don't you place a price on them?? By you, the potential buyer, calling, it gives the dealer a chance to feel you out and see what he can get away with charging you, thus, placing you in an uncomfortable bargaining position when all you want to know is the price so that YOU can decide if its for you or not. The vintage business has always been run by dealers who unite to protect themselves in this particular manner.

I see they know their stuff! NOT! A '72 4001 with shedua strip and small inlays? Yeah, right!
Re: used.guitarcenter.com
That '66 360/12 is pretty nice looking, but then again, I have no knowledge of the cleanliness of guitars. What do you guys think of it?
Re: used.guitarcenter.com
This one is pretty nice too:

As with any GC, there's the 'good guy' price and the 'screw you' price.mgauction wrote:That was my inital reaction too, Robert.
