Schadenfreude - 1985 to 87. This was before the word was in popular English-speaking culture, and venues hardly ever got the spelling right, and we picked up nick-names like "Frusen gladje" and "Shot in Florida" (there was some case of serial shootings in Florida in the news then).

InsideOut - 1990 - 92. Trite name IMO, but not my suggestion. And there was a hardcore punk band of the same name in the same area.

Stem Reptiles - a studio project with the bassist of the DC-based Psychotics.

Ha! I always wanted to name a band with a positive sounding name and came to the name Up. I figured the first album name would be "Uranus"....

What's so positive about a name such as "Your Anus?" ;)
[removes tongue from cheek]
You also have to realize I was saying "eat my shorts" at least 18 years before Bart.

Qwezi, love North Wind and Action Theory.

That one I like!

We also lived in a house all together and during the winter, well, being young males, no one took out the garbage and just put the bags on the big back porch. When spring thaw came, and the porch warmed up, well you know. We opened the door to the porch wide, looked at the ceiling high mound of garbage bags, and figured we'd take a picture of it, put it on an album cover, and call it "Making It Was Easy".

I hope you didn't leave an envelope with your name on it underneath all that trash.
